By using TranslateSubtitles VIP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Service Description
TranslateSubtitles VIP provides browser-based subtitle tools, including subtitle upload, editing, translation, batch translation, multilanguage translation, subtitle conversion, project organization, ZIP downloads, Quality Check, Timing Fixer, Glossary, Translation Memory, Autosave, OpenSubtitles save-to-project features, and other related tools.
The exact features available may depend on your subscription plan, account status, technical availability, browser capabilities, and future platform updates.
3. Account Registration
Users may need to create an account to access the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
4. Subscription and Access
Some features require an active subscription or paid access. Subscription duration, access level, and available features may vary depending on the selected package.
We may update subscription packages, features, limits, pricing, or access rules over time. Changes will not remove already paid access during an active paid period unless required due to abuse, legal issues, technical limitations, or violation of these Terms.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Patreon, cryptocurrency payment providers, or other supported payment methods.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party provider according to their own terms and privacy rules.
6. Refund Policy
Because digital services are provided immediately after access is activated, payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription or digital service has been used.

You are responsible for the subtitle files, text, translations, project names, and other content you upload or create using the platform.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload, translate, edit, store, and download your subtitle files.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded subtitle content. You retain responsibility for your files and how you use them.
8. Copyright and Third-Party Content
You must not use the platform to upload, store, translate, distribute, or download content in a way that violates copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
If you use subtitles from third-party sources, including public subtitle databases, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of those subtitles is lawful in your jurisdiction and use case.
9. OpenSubtitles and External Sources
The platform may provide tools to search or save subtitles from external sources. These external services may have their own terms, availability limits, rules, or restrictions.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, or licensing status of third-party subtitle files or external services.
10. Translation Engines
The platform may use browser-based translation methods, including GTX Google API, Google Translate Widget Tool, or other translation engines.
Automated translation may not always be perfect. Translated files may contain errors, untranslated terms, formatting differences, or context mistakes.
Users should review important subtitles before publishing, sharing, selling, or delivering them professionally.
11. No Guarantee of Translation Accuracy
We do not guarantee that translations will be complete, accurate, legally valid, culturally appropriate, or suitable for every professional use.
The platform is a productivity tool. Final review and responsibility for translated content remains with the user.
12. Storage Limits and Account Quotas
User accounts may have storage and file limits. The default account quota may include limits such as 10,000 subtitle files and 3GB of subtitle storage unless a different limit is assigned by the administrator or subscription package.
If your account reaches the storage or file limit, you may need to delete old subtitles, clean up projects, or contact support to request a higher package or custom limit.
We may update storage limits, fair-use rules, and package limits over time.
13. Fair Use
You agree not to abuse the platform, overload the service, attempt automated mass abuse, bypass limits, scrape restricted areas, interfere with other users, or use the service in a way that damages the platform.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse resources, violate these Terms, or create security or operational risks.
14. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform for:
- illegal content or activity
- copyright infringement
- malware, phishing, spam, or fraud
- harassment, hate content, or abusive behavior
- attempts to bypass access controls
- reverse engineering or attacking the platform
- uploading harmful files or scripts
- reselling access without permission
- any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights
15. Service Availability
We try to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, third-party service problems, browser changes, translation provider changes, or other technical issues may affect availability.
We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve the service, fix bugs, maintain security, or comply with legal or technical requirements.
16. Backups and Data Loss
We may maintain backups for operational purposes, but users are responsible for keeping their own copies of important subtitle files.
We are not responsible for loss of data caused by user deletion, browser issues, third-party services, technical problems, hosting failures, account misuse, or events outside our reasonable control.
17. Support
Support may be provided through support tickets, email, or other available contact methods. Response time may vary depending on workload, subscription package, and issue complexity.
18. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, abuses the platform, fails payment, creates security risks, infringes third-party rights, or uses the service unlawfully.
Users may also stop using the service at any time.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranslateSubtitles VIP and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of files, translation errors, missed deadlines, or third-party claims resulting from use of the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
20. No Professional Legal or Linguistic Advice
The platform does not provide legal, certified translation, official localization, or professional linguistic advice. Automated translations should be reviewed by a qualified person when accuracy is important.
21. Future Business Registration and Operator Details
The platform may currently be operated by the site owner or an individual operator. If the service grows, the operator may register the activity as a sole proprietor business, company, or other legal entity.
In that case, the Terms, Privacy Policy, invoices, contact details, and legal operator information may be updated to reflect the registered business. Continued use of the service after such update means you accept the updated operator details and continued service relationship, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
